Introduction of Billet Cutting Machine:
Billet cutting machine ( billet shearing machine ) is a kind of cold shearing machine, which is used to cut steel bar for the closed die forging production line. With PLC control, automatic feeding, automatic cutting , automatic counting, automatic lubrication and overloading protection .
The Metal Bar Billet Cutting Machine primarily uses tremendous shearing force to plastically deform the bar stock until it breaks. An electric motor drives a hydraulic pump, generating high-pressure oil. This hydraulic cylinder pushes the piston rod and slide, exerting constant, intense static pressure to achieve shearing.
