Introduction to open fixed table press

The open fixed table press adopts imported PLC centralized control, and the air circuit adopts imported safety double valve control, which can realize inching, single and continuous stamping; the body is welded with high-quality steel plates that have been tempered (or vibration aging) and shot blasted, with good rigidity and stable precision; the crankshaft is longitudinally placed, compact in structure, and rolled, with good finish and flexible rotation; the rectangular six-sided extended guide rail has high guiding precision; the pneumatic double balance cylinder balances the weight of the slider and the upper die, reduces the impact and noise, eliminates the gap between the connecting rod and the slider, reduces the impact and wear of the stressed parts, and improves the forming accuracy of the parts.

1. Excellent Structural Rigidity: The open C-shaped machine body provides access on three sides, making die loading and operation extremely convenient. Constructed from high-quality cast iron or welded steel, the machine body effectively resists deformation during stamping, ensuring stamping accuracy and die life.
2. High Precision and Stability: The spindle (crankshaft) is ground using a high-precision grinder and supported by high-quality double-sealed rolling bearings, ensuring transmission accuracy, minimal wear, and minimal thermal deformation. The slide utilizes six- or eight-sided rectangular guideways with long guide surfaces and a precision gap adjustment device, ensuring precise and smooth slide trajectory and significantly reducing damage to the die from lateral forces, making it particularly suitable for precision stamping.
3. Safe and Convenient Operation: The worktable is fixed, unlike tilting presses, which can tilt. This allows for the installation of large, heavy dies and automated accessories (such as robots). The ample space beneath the worktable is suitable for installing devices such as air cushions. Standard features include two-handed operation buttons, an emergency stop button, and an optional photoelectric safety device, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
4. Excellent process adaptability: The fixed platform structure is ideal for integration with automated equipment such as automatic feeders, manipulators, and three-axis robots, enabling the creation of fully automated stamping production lines.
