It eliminates the traditional intermediate transmission mechanisms such as friction discs, pulleys, and reduction gears, and uses a low-speed, high-torque permanent magnet synchronous servo motor to directly drive the flywheel-screw assembly. This directly transmits the motor torque to the screw, converting rotary motion into linear impact motion of the slide block. Forging is achieved by relying on the energy stored in the flywheel.
Working principle of the Direct Drive Electric Screw Press (J58ZK)
A servo direct-drive motor directly drives the flywheel to rotate, which in turn drives the screw to rotate. The screw-nut pair converts the rotational motion into the downward linear motion of the slider. The flywheel stores kinetic energy to complete the impact shaping. After the impact is completed, the motor reverses to drive the slider back. The flywheel speed and slider position are collected in real time by an encoder, and the PLC controls the impact energy, stroke, and number of impacts in a closed loop to achieve digital precision impact. A spring braking mechanism is provided to lock the flywheel when the machine stops, ensuring safety.
